Information That We Collect From Clients
Once we determine that you may be an heir to a specific estate matter, we will collect certain information to facilitate the process of proving up the heirship. In addition to your full name and contact information, we may ask by way of a questionnaire to provide basic family information and some documentation to prove to the court that you are, in fact, a rightful heir at law.
How We Use Information
All information gathered is used by our research staff strictly for the purpose of identifying all rightful heirs to the pending estate matter and proving to the court of law that our research is correct. Information that we gather either from our clients or during the course of our research will be shared only with those attorneys and court officers who have a specific interest in the matter at hand.
Our Commitment To Data Security
Landex Research, Inc. follows a number of physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to prevent unauthorized access to our client data and to ensure the correct use of all information gathered by our office.
